Featuring my fave character from Basquash, ICEMAN HOTTIE~! (srsly, that is his name)

I did the sketch back in April/May and decided to finish this during my procrastination time (YAY HALF-ASS CELLSHADING!). 8D Too bad it doesn't look anything like him AHAHAHA.
